Perfect for massaging the neck (the sides and back of the neck). Just be careful with how much pressure you apply. I was a little too rough and ended up knocking one of the roller heads off.

I spend 8 to 9 hours a day at my computer, and my upper back and traps were constantly knotted up. I was skeptical about it being completely manual, but that turns out to be its biggest selling point: no batteries to charge, no motor buzzing in your ears. The 360° rotating heads let you target the muscle from every angle.

Got this because my neck kept seizing up for weeks. If you pinch gently and roll it in small circles, the tension just melts away. The build quality is solid—flexible enough to get a good squeeze, but definitely sturdy and won't break.

A quick heads-up: the rollers are quite firm, so don't go full strength right away if your neck is super tender or inflamed. With just a gentle squeeze, you really feel the muscles release.

Great ergonomics overall. Works wonders on the neck and forearms. For thighs, the opening is a bit tight if you have thicker legs, but for its main purpose (the neck), it definitely gets my stamp of approval.

Decent materials with good flex in the frame. Obviously doesn't replace a visit to a physical therapist, but for everyday maintenance and self-massage, it's easily one of the most practical tools I've tried.

The mechanism works well, but the rollers could use a bit more give in my opinion. I would have preferred a gel or foam layer with more cushioning, especially when rolling right next to the spine.

Exactly as described. The massage is effective and powerful, so be careful if you have a sensitive neck, as the device kneads quite firmly. That works perfectly for me and helps me relax, especially with the heat. It’s excellent.
