It feels a bit uncomfortable the first couple of times, but the fact that I can now watch TV and literally fall asleep on it speaks for itself! At first, I thought it wouldn't do much. But after three or four days of regular use, I realized my headaches and neck tension were completely gone. Every time I use it before bed, I sleep like a rock. Unbeatable price, I recommend it to anyone dealing with back pain, headaches, stress, poor circulation, or trouble sleeping.

Excellent yoga mat. After using it a few times, I found it really relaxing. At first, the spikes feel a little uncomfortable, but after a few minutes, it becomes really comfortable. I even ended up falling asleep! I highly recommend it. It’s truly relaxing, and you feel great after using it.

I bought this mat on a whim along with a few other things to help with my pain. After years of stressful desk work, I kept waking up super tense, feeling like my muscles never actually relaxed overnight. It came with constant anxiety and an inability to just unwind. I get professional massages occasionally, which help for a few hours, but it’s not a long-term fix or affordable enough to do all the time. This mat arrived yesterday. I threw it on the floor, took my shirt off, and laid down. It wasn't nearly as painful as I feared! After the initial 5 to 8 minutes of discomfort, a gentle warmth spreads across your back, bringing the deepest relaxation I’ve experienced in years. It felt like my back muscles finally let go.I was so relieved I almost cried. Slept like a baby and woke up completely relaxed. This morning I even tried standing on it barefoot, and wow, it wakes you up better than a cup of coffee! Highly, highly recommend.

I spent over a year second-guessing whether to buy this Acupressure Mat & Pillow Set, but constant neck pain finally pushed me to try it, and I have zero regrets! Delivery arrived the very same day I ordered, which was an awesome surprise. Tried it that evening, and after just 15 minutes, I could turn my neck more freely than I had in months. Honestly, I didn't expect it to work so well because so many reviews mentioned severe pain at first, but I actually found it super tolerable right off the bat!

Both the mat and pillow fit inside the carrying bag, which is super convenient. Overall, it's very user-friendly (even as a first-time acupressure mat user) and looks great. The spikes are super sharp and rigid, but they feel very durable and built to withstand heavy daily use.
