    It feels a bit uncomfortable the first couple of times, but the fact that I can now watch TV and literally fall asleep on it speaks for itself! At first, I thought it wouldn't do much. But after three or four days of regular use, I realized my headaches and neck tension were completely gone. Every time I use it before bed, I sleep like a rock.     Both the mat and pillow fit inside the carrying bag, which is super convenient. Overall, it's very user-friendly (even as a first-time acupressure mat user) and looks great. The spikes are super sharp and rigid, but they feel very durable and built to withstand heavy daily use.
